The mirror project is designed for business partners and close friends and is being executed on a part-time basis on two adjacent plots with an intriguing topography. The monolithic reinforced concrete frames start from the basement parking areas and garages and rise through cascading levels, reaching the third floor where the sleeping units have been designed for maximum security. The levels of the building have different shapes, with the main residential units located on a wider rectangle that is stretched horizontally on the second floor. This extra space is used to create lounge areas with pools and covered terraces for more intimate gatherings and relaxation. Despite the similarity of the buildings and their mirrored arrangement, all functional details were customized to each client's needs and preferences. As a result, the buildings may have varying features, such as indoor or outdoor pools, but this does not detract from the main architectural concept “Symmetry”. The appearance of the buildings embodies modernity, with a white plaster tone accented by ceramic tiles that mimic natural stone. The horizontal lines of the building are emphasized by the contrasting dark parapet coating, underlining its cubist style. Panoramic windows offer breathtaking views of nature during the day, while the elaborate lighting on the terraces transforms the landscape into a night-time decoration.
