The two-level modern villa masterly conquers the inclined landscape, which was lucky enough to become the starting point of the project. It gives impetus for the development of the building, which literally sprouts from the ground itself and, elusively to another’s eye, reaches the surface, riding a hill’s wave with the strict architectural language of the second level. From the street side, the cubic story of the project creates the effect of having only one floor with an open canopy for autos, technical rooms, a guest area, stairs and an elevator.  The illusion is dispelled only on the opposite side of the horizontally dissected slope, where panoramic windows, filling the place with natural light, draw a line between the lake view and the main living areas of the building’s first level. The interior deliberately continues the line of elegant minimalism, hiding in the hill. Consolidation of the living spaces located on the first floor takes place thanks to the complete openness to natural landscapes and a spa area with a 15 m pool. The simple geometry of right angles and perfect lines contrasts with the smooth, complex terrain kept intact as much as possible. The idea of contrast is escalated by the opposition of black and white colors of HPL panels in the facade’s decoration, which perfectly fits into the timeless modern architecture.
